Preparing for BATTLE!!!

So in preparation for my Cleanse I have decided to start cleaning up my diet.. today. Because yesterday was a different story. Hey.. I was leaving Austin.. I was already aware that I would be doing this and well I decided to indulge in a little temptation called Gourdoughs. A donut food trailer in Austin, TX that forced me to eat fried dough, bacon, and maple syrup all in one package. As delicious as it was, the aftermath definitely enhanced my urge to cleanse myself.. as I think any 3,000 + calorie meal should!


Ok so today! What did I eat? I had egg whites with chicken sausage and 1 slice of multigrain toast.


I then ran for 30 minutes.. (and by running I mean I did 3 minute intervals of walking with 1 minute intervals of sprinting).


I got home.. had a grapefruit:



Actually just a half.

Then I got real adventurous and decided to walk my bootylicious booty to Trader Joe's and buy some yummy stuff. I have to thank one of the besties, Alexa, for a yummy cous-cous recipe that she passed on down to me. I decided to, not improve upon it.. don't worry lex.. just make it a little healthier! So I replaced the cous-cous with Quinoa and got this:

She usually uses sliced Almonds as well but my polluted mind completely forgot to get them! Sigh!

So basically you just cook the quinoa in half a cup of chicken broth half water then (when its done cooking) add about 3 tbsp of yellow curry a bit of salt, chopped green onions and some pomegranate (seeds?)!

So far I have not had any dinner. (BAD ANA!!!!) But I will!! I promise!!

Can't wait to CLEANSE ME UP!!!
